We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Virtual Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a member of our customer service team, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain customer records and information in our database
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
