We’re searching for a Senior Videographer and Editor to parachute into our east suburbs’ client on a project basis. This role would be on-site, with the possibility of hybrid if you have the proper equipment.

THE ROLE:

Our east suburbs client needs your video editing expertise on a project basis!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to take an idea, collaborate with B+C team, then create from scratch with new or existing assets
• Has scriptwriting experience
• Ability to direct VO talent
• Ability to take into post-production a major plus
• Gaffer/Grip abilities a plus. Should be able to light a scene or room and have a high level of problem solving skills. Both gaffer and grip equipment is provided
• 5+ years’ experience of successful work experience as a video editor/videographer with a strong reel.
• With direction, able to execute on a high level on a variety of projects
• Ability to add value to project with own ideas and insights
• Commercial postproduction experience a plus
• Ability to use text, graphics and motion graphics to add and elevate production level
• Meticulous, technical, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• Has a creative visual style switch and the ability to turn it on when required
• Experience in shooting
• Experienced and able to function in all types of shooting conditions
• Strong visual style and understands rhythm and pacing when editing
• Passion for visual storytelling
• Has a storytelling voice
• Experience with Sony camera’s preferred (FS7, A7S3)
• High level editing skillset
• Can handle capturing audio along with shooting responsibilities
