Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Videographer to our Creative Studio team in our Mankato, MN location. Bolton & Menk is regional, consulting engineer firm with over 70 years of experience serving the Upper Midwest and beyond.

You will be part of our fast-paced, energetic creative studio and will handle video production from concept through delivery. Projects vary from: Service Area videos, Promotional videos, Client project videos, Recruitment videos, Internal and external training videos, and Customer Support videos. In this role you will be responsible for all pre- and post-production aspects of video production including Concepting, Storyboarding, Script writing, Filming, Audio recording, Lighting, and Editing.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with 3D animation specialists, graphic designers, marketing team and other key staff to develop content and ensure all content follows brand standards and guidelines
• Work across multiple mediums and actively participate in creating videos for internal and external use
• Assure all assets are archived for future needs and reference
• Maintain all video equipment
• Produce, direct, shoot and edit branded videos
• Contribute to and help maintain a well-organized video asset library
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all branded videos
• Manage and prioritize work to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are on-brand and accurate
• Help provide creative art direction in addition to performing production work

What We Are Looking For

• Highly skilled in filming, editing, sound production and lighting
• Possess valid driver's license and is insurable at firm's standard rates
• Strong working knowledge of editing apps such as Premiere & After Effects
• UAV Part 107 certified or willing and able to become certified
• Strong working knowledge of motion graphic production
• Degree in video or multimedia production
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
