Video Producer/Director & Digital Content Creator

The Learning and Organization Development (LOD) unit at Ohio State University Extension connects our people to our purpose by bringing our values to life, communicating about products and initiatives, and elevating the employee experience. This person will be a member of a team that works to develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden employee knowledge. Primary responsibility is to design, develop, and implement videos and other multimedia digital content products for employees in transparent, productive, and responsible ways that promote trust, inclusion, care, adaptability, and efficiency-the Key values of OSU Extension.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products and/or another video editor is required. The ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand trends and best practices, and work independently are essential for this position. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strategic problem solver with the ability to think big picture and dive into the details. Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft suite of products, including Team; and, online video conferencing systems, such as Zoom. State Motor Vehicle Operator’s license or
demonstrable ability to gain access to worksite(s).
