Job Purpose

• DDM has an immediate opening for a highly skilled and experienced full-time Video Producer with a background in film and television production to help execute our mission to become the number-one?????????????? media company in the world. DDM is committed to creating engaging, must-see content to super-serve our audience. The Video Producer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of story structure, film and television production processes, strong project management skills, and a creative mindset. Candidates' daily decisions should be guided by a strong understanding of our audience and its demands that are gained through careful attention to available metrics and analytics.

Job-Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production activities, such as securing permits, arranging logistics, conducting research, and organizing production schedules.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters to craft scripts that effectively convey the intended messages and story arcs.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all elements, including camera work, lighting, sound, and set design, align with the creative vision and technical standard
• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of video production, including script development, casting, location scouting, scheduling, budgeting, and crew hiring.
• Manage a team of production assistances and interns to help support the production team.
• Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to develop compelling and engaging storylines.
• Apply story structure principles to guide the storytelling process, ensuring that the video content has a clear beginning, middle, and end.
• Ideate with stakeholders to understand and develop concepts.
