Job Description
Overview:

BerryDunn is seeking a Video Editor for BerryDunn’s Medicaid Practice Group within our Consulting Team. As part of our consulting team focused on state Medicaid agency clients, you will leverage problem-solving skills and develop project management skills to help Medicaid agencies improve the health and lives of individuals. You will be the success partner for Medicaid agencies in building healthier communities and stronger futures.


The candidate filling this position must be in Kapolei, HI or must be located within commuting distance of the potential client’s office located in Kapolei, HI. The candidate may work onsite in a potential office full-time or in a hybrid manner.


Your initial focus will be helping edit training content for our Hawaii client. You will report to and partner with senior management in our Medicaid team both for client work and career development. With a growth mindset, you will drive your development with the support of a learning and development culture.


Travel Expectations:
Travel up to 50% may be needed to support projects.
Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • Adjusting audio to provide the best quality possible
  • Adding subtitles and branding to all videos and ensuring all final files are complete and organized
  • Collaborate and communicate with the Training team to implement client and team feedback
  • Initially partner with our teams supporting our work in Hawaii (you may also support Medicaid projects in other states)
  • Lead and optimize our video production workflows and workstreams
  • Edit long-form and short-form content for a variety of platforms
  • As part of a firm that emphasizes lifelong learning, you will develop your own career plan and partner with more experienced BerryDunn team members to achieve your goals.
  • Partner with more experienced consultants to build relationships with project team members, including client contacts, stakeholders, and vendor contacts.
Qualifications:

You Have:

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, and audio mixing
  • Experience with a variety of multimedia training platforms and graphic design applications, such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is encouraged
  • Knowledge of post-production workflows and techniques
  • Proficiency in audio and video editing software, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder
  • Ability to use screen recording software like Camtasia
  • Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $68,000 to $85,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
