The Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations role is responsible for overseeing and developing the fulfillment and purchasing functions in alignment with the company's goals. The role reports to the COO and has five key accountabilities, including leadership and management, distribution model alignment, fulfillment process creation and implementation, inventory management, and procurement strategy definition. The daily expectations for the role include providing clear direction and resources for direct reports, resolving any issues with day-to-day distribution center activities, overseeing the process of monitoring open sales and purchase orders, and managing daily operations and revenue generation to ensure continual growth.
