Job Description

Seeking a VP of Engineering with experience with whole product design and improvement to establish processes and best practices, implement solutions for efficiency, establish KPIs, and elevate the operations through transformation, scale, and leadership.


100% ONSITE IN LINCOLN, NEBRASKA!!! Do not apply unless you are local or are willing to relocate (assistance provided). You must be a self-starter who takes initiative, accountability, and can work cross-functionally across various divisions.


Must Haves:

  • Engineering experience designing whole products/machines, not just parts
  • Mechanical engineering degree or related
  • 5+ years' experience managing others and managing products in manufacturing
  • AutoCad/SolidWorks experience


Nice to have but not required:

  • Industry experience: food and beverage equipment/line engineering and product
  • Private equity background


Salary: up to $150k, great benefits, equity ownership
