Vehicle Acquisition Specialist Jobs

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist at Emich Chevrolet is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Lakewood, CO. This role is responsible for acquiring vehicles and coordinating all vehicle acquisitions in a timely and efficient manner. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will work closely with our sales and customer service professionals to ensure efficient and proper acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to facilitate smooth vehicle acquisitions.
• Will work with the Used Vehicle Management Team to fulfill Used vehicle purchasing from various sources including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, and Emich Service Drive
• Perform vehicle acquisitions, including vehicle inspection, title registration, and coordination with vendors.
• Advise and assist management to identify possible cost savings associated with vehicle acquisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records for vehicle acquisitions.
• Manage and maintain records of all vehicle acquisitions and disposal.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with vehicle inspections
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Previous automotive industry experience in vehicle acquisitions or automotive sales a plus
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws related to vehicle acquisitions
