Retail Stock Associate

You will be responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store as well as maintaining the organization of the stockroom. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
  • Ensure all in-bound and out-bound merchandise is accurate, report any discrepancies to the stock supervisor and/or store manager.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could require weekends, overnight/early morning, evenings, and holidays.
  • Process/perform incoming shipment functions. Check in, audit and sensor merchandise per policy. Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed correctly.
  • Work with a team to exceed store results and will adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives.
  • Prepare out-going store shipping functions.
  • Be proactive in Loss Prevention initiatives.
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge of all categories of merchandise and complete training as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock area.

Skills for Success
What you bring:
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Ability to be solution oriented.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience is preferred.
