- Stay up to date with the latest advancements, guidelines, and trends in the vaccine category to effectively communicate and educate sales colleagues, healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Coordinate closely with Rx Field Sales Specialists in your region to support the needs of the Rx team, sales teams and customers related to the vaccine category of products
- Assist in developing a strategy to target and close net new vaccine business
- Work closely with Vaccine Category Management to understand the category and our offering
- Develop a deep understanding of our vaccine product and service offerings along with our competitive advantages
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with key stakeholders to demonstrate the value proposition of our vaccine products, address questions and objections.
- Located remotely within designated regions. Must be willing to travel a minimum of 30%. Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
- Enthusiastic about speaking in front of groups of colleagues and customers. Able to develop PowerPoint presentations and present.
- Capable of learning new and/or complex products and processes quickly to facilitate in the new product launch process
- Ability to train and educate the sales force on product offering
- Ability to strategically build relationships with sales leadership, customers, and internal business partners
- Ability to take ownership, influence others, and drive sales process from inception to close
- Solid understanding of cost and margin structures.
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience; preferably in the field of healthcare; with a proven track record of success against financial/sales goals and vaccine product knowledge
- Proven experience working in complex situations and negotiating with senior level decision makers
- Experience with primary care and/or extended care markets and customers
