Job Description
We are looking for a passionate wine and food vacation planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of wine and food culture and be able to create unique and memorable experiences for our clients. Team player will remote environment as a 1099 contractor. Allowing you to be creative.

That's why we provide comprehensive training to all entry-level vendors and suppliers, working remotely. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role, whether you are just starting out in the industry or looking to expand your skill set.


Our remote training program covers a wide range of topics, including industry-specific best practices, effective communication techniques, and customer service skills. We use a combination of online courses, virtual workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure that you have the support you need to succeed. We also provide ongoing support and feedback to help you continue to grow and develop in your role.

By providing comprehensive remote training to our vendors and suppliers, we are able to maintain a high level of quality and consistency in our work, while also ensuring that our team members have the tools they need to succeed in their roles.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage budgets and negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Develop relationships with wineries, restaurants, and local food producers
  • Create detailed itineraries and ensure a seamless vacation experience for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning and vacation process
  • Plan and organize wine and food tours, including transportation, accommodations, and activities


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel planning software
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Hospitality, tourism, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of wine and food culture
  • 1099 contractor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in travel planning or a related field
