What will I be responsible for:

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts that enhance the team's understanding of user needs.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather valuable insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Stay updated on UX trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine your research approach.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present research findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in conducting various research methodologies, such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and their application in product development.
• 1+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
• Passion for staying updated on UX trends, user behavior, and design innovations.
