Job Description

The Office of the Dean in the College of Education has an opening for a part-time student position.
This position will have the opportunity to learn and perform various administrative and clerical projects in a professional executive setting. Provides great office experience and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors, and answer incoming calls and inquiries. Assists with various office and clerical work including but not limited to handling confidential information and correspondence. Filing, creating documents, and managing daily office activities. Will work directly with college faculty, staff, and students.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences
Familiarity with campus and previous office experience preferred.
Professional dress and presence are required.
