Job Title: Sr UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee major projects in the realm of user research.

Employ a diverse range of methods, plan and execute research, analyze findings, and effectively communicate results.

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various disciplines, and influence their strategic priorities.

Develop a research strategy aligned with product and design strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative team environment, empowering and motivating team members.

Analyze analytics data to shape research strategies and provide qualitative insights.

Identify gaps in data and propose impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

3-5 years of recent user research experience in a product development context.

Experience in 3-5 research methodologies, with a focus on formative, summative, and discovery research.

Demonstrated ability to efficiently plan and conduct research without compromising quality.

All prospective candidates must submit 2 samples of research case studies that illustrate their skills.
