Job Description
Overview:
  • The Unarmed Security Officer supports the USACE installation in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control of USACE installation.
  • Provide first response to emergencies.
  • Conduct traffic enforcement and assist with investigations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Conduct mobile patrols, inspections and searches.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a high school education or equivalency
  • Licensed as a Security Officer in Washington, D.C.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Have at least two years demonstrating the following: ability to meet and deal with the general public, ability to read, understand and apply various rules, regulations and training materials; the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stress; the ability to write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports.
  • Must be able to understand English language and speak clearly
