About The Company
- At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
- For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $1000 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 4,000 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!
- Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating on designs accordingly.
- Visual Branding: Ensure that all UI designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, typography, and visual elements across the platform.
- User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with the UX team to enhance user journeys, streamline navigation, and improve overall usability, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative design approaches to the team.
- Mobile Responsiveness: Design UI/UX solutions that are mobile-friendly and responsive, providing an optimal experience for users on various devices and screen sizes.
- Digital Design Experience: Leverage your experience in creating engaging graphics, banners, and promotional materials for our ecommerce platform and marketing campaigns.
- User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for various pages and elements of our ecommerce platform, including homepage, product listings, checkout process, and more.
- User Research: Utilize user research insights to inform design decisions and incorporate user feedback into the iterative design process.
- A/B Testing and Analysis: Assist in A/B testing various design elements and user flows to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion rate optimization.
- Digital Design Experience: Experience creating graphics, banners, and digital assets for ecommerce platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Include examples of digital design work.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and design requirements.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch, as well as familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or InVision.
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in an ecommerce or digital product environment.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of UI design principles, UX methodologies, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Passion: A genuine interest in ecommerce, user-centered design, and creating exceptional digital experiences.
