Practice areas include sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable planning, preparation of estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary litigation. Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills and strong academic credentials. Licensure in Tennessee or Virginia preferred.
