Treasury Specialist Jobs

Support all North American Bank Accounts

In support of the 900 Bank Accounts, will open accounts, update and

manage accounts accordingly

Will work with obtaining signatures from appointed check signers

Assist Controller with documents for Customer ACH payments

Assist in posting of cash receipts

Assist with cash disbursement entries and approvals

Provide backup support to daily cash process

Set up and Maintain all Treasury Management services with our current bank provider

Initiate cash disbursement (ACH/Wires) entries and template set up

Provide month end close entries consistent with daily cash movement

Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Request copies of cleared checks as needed

Assist with bank reconciliations

Provide support and assistance for annual audit
