Requirements

• IV starts, Telemetry
• COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical
• ACLS, BCLS
• 1 year of experience

• Unit/Specialty: PCU
• Locals accepted: (Y/N): What is the local radius rule? No
• Float to ED ratios are 1:5 in ED
• Guaranteed Hours: contracted hours (36/48/40) / week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No
• Pending License accepted: (Y/N): No
• Shift: 3 shifts per week
• RTO Restrictions: greater than 10 days needs approval
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, to other PCU and lower acuity settings within skillset; float to ED

• Possible care for med/surg patients
• No locals within 75 miles
• Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Not guaranteed
