Pay Rate $70 to $85 per hour ResponsibilitiesDevelops and delivers educational materials and training programs: collaborating with inpatient and other clinic staff to develop informational/educational materials appropriate for the patient population Coordinates patient care and schedules physicians:
coordinating the activities of nursing staff with other personnel and services engaged in caring for patients, scheduling physicians to ensure efficient use of time, developing and implementing processes/procedures to promote effective and efficient use of resources, and assisting with implementation of new programs and assists with efforts to promote the service to other healthcare professionals and to the public. Demonstrates leadership and promotes team building: demonstrating leadership by inspiring others to achieve their best and acknowledging the positive contributions of staff in the manner they wish to receive it, and promoting team building. Provides telephone triage and assessment Facilitates communication between providers and ensures continuity of care Requirements RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited academic institution Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience EMR: EPIC License/Certifications:RN – Registered Nurse California State License
