ID: 43084351 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: RN ER7P-7A13 WEEKS2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIREDMUST HAVE ACTIVE VA/COMPACT LICENSE AT SUBMISSIONBLS/ACLS/CPI REQUIRED General CommentsHospital: Henrico Doctors Hospital Location: Richmond, VA 23229 Address: 1602 Skipwith Rd Unit Name: 00448 Building: Hospital Cost Center: 780 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 340 Bed Facility (24 Bed ED plus vertical spaces) Patient at times 1:5 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Traditional ED staffing model with Tech and Secretary support Type of equipment: Standard ED Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 3-12 hours shifts, self- scheduling although may be asked to move a day if needed. Work every other weekend unless fully staffed. 4-R s indicating request off allowed each 4-week schedule. You will not be scheduled on these R days. Floating policy: not floated from the ER Patient Experience requirements: Be respectful, communicate plan of care with the patients. Explain what you are doing-ex starting IV, what medication is for, and the WHY behind what is being done. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Healthgrades Top 100 Hospital in America Level II Trauma Center Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Charge Nurse Experience Advanced skills needed: Level 2 trauma experience. Procedures performed on unit: IV s with lab draws, cardiac monitoring, critical drips may be started in the ER. Blood transfusions. Assist provider with procedures such as laceration repair. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC. Also need CPI training Dress Code: (Required uniform) Prefer navy scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. Come to work on time and be prepared to work. TEAM work with fellow co-workers If a leader be respectful to staff, present self in a professional manner. Be willing to offer support. May have to oversee patients at times before they are admitted. Patient as well as staff oriented-doing the right thing foe each of these groups.
