Job Description
TimeSaving Travel, a leading travel agency, is seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing superior customer service and expert advice to help them plan, book, and manage their travel arrangements. As a Travel Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique travel needs and preferences, researching and recommending travel options that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and payments
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their travel preferences and goals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and products to offer clients the best possible advice
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Offering expert advice and recommendations on travel options, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the TimeSaving Travel team to ensure high-quality service delivery at all times
  • Planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for clients, including arranging visas, transportation, and insurance as needed
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
  • Experience working in a travel agency or related field preferred
  • Ability to build effective and positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research travel options and make informed recommendations
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues
