Avera is looking for a Transportation Associate to join our Team!

Job Summary

• Drives minibus, van, or lightweight truck to transport clients, trainees, or organization personnel.
• Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
• Supports the organization's goal of excellence in patient/resident care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
• Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid and Current Nebraska Driver’s License is required.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday; 80hours every 2 weeks

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Occasional weekend rotation

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $20.50 Max Wage per hour
