The role

A Transportation Analyst is responsible for in identifying discrepancy in load deliveries and carrier/customer invoices, act as a liaison between other departments and the logistics team to help facilitate questions or concerns, and to help streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims life cycle tracking (Truckload (FTL/LTL), 3PLs & CoPackers).
• Insure our TMS information is accurate (locations, carrier information, contacts, shipment updates).
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy.
• Logistics related support between external departments.
• Preparing monthly reports on operational metrics.
• Conducting data analytics and cost saving research & tracking performance for carrier database.

Key Skills And Experience Required

• Very detail oriented.
• 2+ years of logistics industry experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient at time management and good organizational skills.
• Understanding common obstacles and solutions in supply chain.
