Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a TRAILER MECHANIC in GRAND RAPIDS, MI. The TRAILER MECHANIC will be responsible for trailer damage diagnosis and repair, troubleshooting to identify electrical and mechanical diagnostics to specify all needed repairs.
Responsibilities Of a TRAILER MECHANIC Includes

• Determining trailer damage and repairing trailers, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairing air brakes, tires, warrant procedures and suspension to meet safety standards.
• Identifying repair needs through mechanical diagnostics.
• Finalizing all repairs on paper and paperwork submission.
• Preventative maintenance – conduct routine technical repair orders.
• Brake and axle repair, welding and removing and replacing damaged parts.

Required Experience
Prior trailer repair and maintenance preferred, but all candidates with educational background or experience will be considered.
