Job Description
About The Company


Our client is a multi-strategy hedge fund with over $3 billion in AUM using a scientific and technology-driven approach for its investments.


Responsibilities


  • Develop improvements to the trading system to reduce transaction costs
  • Synthesize incoming market information, economic announcements, and communicate information to the investment team
  • Daily oversight of the firm’s automated trading system and preparation of the execution metrics
  • Run specific processes and lockdown daily trading activities
  • Daily reconciliation of the firm’s active positions against internally developed models
  • Run daily trade operations with oversight from trading and the rest of the team
  • Provide market feedback and execute cash management trades as needed
  • Support daily trading activities, working closely with trading, research, engineering, and vendors


Requirements


  • Knowledge of global macro markets and market microstructure
  • 3 years of experience in a trading position or similar
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Trading operations experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required


Salary Range


$95,000-$140,000
