Position: Trade Operations Analyst

Flexibility: Hybrid

Location: Berwyn, PA

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Duration: 3+ months

Position Overview:

This opportunity is with the Middle Office Transaction Management division. The consultant will assist in clearing up failed trades while also assisting in other Transaction Management tasks. Initially, this position will consist of reviewing all failed items. Additional responsibilities include reaching out to brokers/IM's requesting information to resolve, tracking status of items, following up on updated comments and working to close items out and continue onto the next failed items.

Qualifications:

• Previous knowledge with investment securities, business or accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Outlook/Excel
• 1 – 3 years of financial services experience (internships included)
• Strong attention to detail
