Job Description
Job Title: Tortilla
Responsibilities:
  • Make sopapillas as soon as they come up on the printer and have them sent out in 2 minutes
  • Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
  • Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
  • Prep all tortilla balls for use
  • Make flour tortillas as fresh as possible for every guest
Work Conditions:
  • Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and climbing
  • Occasional squatting, kneeling, crawling, and fine manipulation
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, and more than 50 lbs. rarely
  • Varied working hours may include weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early mornings as needed
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk 8+ hours daily
Qualifications:
Previous tortilla experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred
Compensation:
  • Quick table turns
  • $9 - $13 per hour
  • Consistent, high volume restaurant
