Title Clerk Jobs

Rosen Automotive is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships serving customers in the Milwaukee and Madison area. We are currently in search of a Warranty Clerk at our corporate office in Milwaukee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process reports into accounting system.
• File paperwork as needed.
• Process applications for WI and IL in the time frame according to state policies daily.
• Update schedules weekly
• Order titling supplies.
• Investigate any issue to prevent titling in a timely manner.
• Respond to all customer inquires.
• Back up reception and cashier.
• Organize title applications by store and make sure the corresponding paperwork is attached.

Qualifications:

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with detailed follow-up/through
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to take initiative
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous automotive experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver world-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work
