Job Description
Reliable Chevrolet is looking for a self-motivated, customer oriented person with a positive outlook to join our fast-paced accounting team as a full-time title clerk. If you are able to prioritize tasks by understanding the urgency of a project and occasionally be able to switch gears on the fly, we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities include:
  • Receive and process paperwork from the finance team
  • Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV
  • Prepare tax and title documents
  • Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
  • Verify that paperwork / titles are completed correctly
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training
  • High school diploma / GED
