Architect of Transaction Structures: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, underwriters, and investors to design transaction structures that tick all the boxes – both in terms of objectives and legal compliance.

Graduate of an accredited law school with a valid law license (AZ, FL, NV, OH, PA, TX)
Real estate law experience

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
