Timekeeper with Track and ADP Experience - 100% Travel
- Timekeeping System Management: Utilize your expertise in Track and ADP to maintain and administer the timekeeping system. This includes setting up employee profiles, managing work schedules, and updating timekeeping rules as necessary.
- Communication and Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timekeeping inquiries and issues. Provide guidance and support in using the timekeeping system, resolving discrepancies, and addressing concerns.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to provide accurate and timely payroll data. Verify and reconcile employee hours and attendance records to ensure correct compensation calculation.
- Employee Time and Attendance Tracking: Collect, review, and process employee timecards, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked, leave time, overtime, and other relevant time-related data. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Demonstrated professionalism and respect for sensitive employee information, ensuring data security and maintaining confidentiality.
- Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions, resolve inquiries, and assist employees with timekeeping-related matters.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and meticulousness in recording and managing time and attendance data.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Track and ADP Experience: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using Track and ADP for timekeeping and attendance management is essential for this role.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyze data, and address complex timekeeping and payroll issues.
