Summary

Third Party Risk Management Analyst leads assigned projects and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company.

Third Party Risk Management Analyst leads assigned projects and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users.
  • Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems.
  • Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
  • Develops and generates reporting that will be presented to Senior Leadership and/or Executive Leadership.
  • Create comprehensive reporting that encompasses many different data sets across bank-wide systems.
  • Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s).
  • Collaborate and work with various stakeholders to ideate and generate solutions to complex issues or problems
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Serves as liaison between software vendors and business process system users and other corporate areas.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s).
  • System Administration and Configuration for Coupa Risk Assess.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of related experience within Third Party Risk Management, Third Party Management, or Corporate Procurement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate.
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Keen attention to detail.
