We have a great opportunity for an IT Quality Analyst to work in a collaborative, productive Agile development environment supporting the IT needs of the ENERGY STAR program.

• Work alongside agile software development team to create new applications and services using scrum
• Monitor alerts and daily jobs that are in place to ensure procedures and data processing is completing as expected with regularly scheduled processing jobs
• Work as part of a development team in a fast-moving environment with new iterations every 15 days, communicating with Customers, Project Managers, Requirements Analysts, Testers, and other team members
• Testing support for enhancements to the ENERGY STAR Rebate Finder
• Testing support for ENERGY STAR Product Finder tools, including data validation, developing automated test scripts
• Maintain project documentation on Confluence to ensure test plans, test cases and supporting requirements are updated as necessary
• Perform 508 accessibility testing on all ENERGY STAR Products tools and coordinate with team to ensure related fixes and updates are incorporated into the development roadmap
• Designs, develops, evaluates, plans, and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications
• Provide guidance and analysis to support testing harness development and improvement
• Participate in regular team reviews assessing each other’s performance and helping to implement continuous improvement activities (Sprint Retrospectives)
• Implement automated Selenium framework for ENERGY STAR Product Finder applications
• Support for automated build tools and integrating automated testing into the ENERGY STAR CI/CD pipeline
• Monitor, test, and support integration of retail data into Product Finder datasets using Selenium

• Location: Remote, Hybrid
• Required Technical Skills: Selenium, Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, web services, Jira, Confluence
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• US Citizenship Required
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: N/A
• Preferred Qualifications: Jaws, Wave, Siteimprove, Splunk, Google Analytics
