Job Description
We are hiring for Programme Manager from Tier 1 colleges for MNC Pan india locations (onsite/ remote/ Hybrid)


The Programme Manager Finance is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of financial processes and systems. This role will work closely with senior management, project managers, Data team, Tech team, and other stakeholders(Domestic and International) to ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and compliant. The Programme Manager Finance will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Responsibilities


Design and implement new financial processes and systems


Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Communicate with stakeholders and keep them updated on process and data initiatives


Ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and compliant


Solve problems that arise during the course of the process and data initiatives


Can lead the finance ERP implementation (Domestic and International)


Qualifications


Tier-2 MBA / IIT or CA


2-5 years of experience in process or system designing and data analysis


Good understanding of financial concepts and principles


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Strong organizational and time management skills


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Strong analytical skills


Strong problem solving skills
