Entech is hiring an Entry Level Test Engineer for one of their clients. This is an entry level role and will require working remote.

Responsibilities:

Work as a member of a cross-functional Agile team in developing and deploying integrated tax technology solutions.

Design, develop and execute test scenarios and test automation for one or more products to deliver the highest quality products.

Qualification:

• Minimum Experience: College graduate or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with test scripting language(s) (Python).

• Able to learn and utilize application programming language (Python) to add functional tests into existing infrastructure.

• Reviews user stories and create test scenarios.

• Defines test coverage and scope for manual and automation testing

• Creates test automation scripts , develops and executes test suite/s for one or more products

• Estimates sprint tasks and speaks to task status at standup

• Knowledge of REST based testing

• Assists in troubleshooting technical issues to identify root cause and implement corrective improvements with approval from senior engineers or supervisor.

• Knowledge of SCM (GitHub)

• Supports the team in all testing efforts.
