As a Test Engineer on the Space Test Engineering team, you will be part of a team to turn requirements into deliverable products. This opportunity includes:
Supporting lab teams whose activities include the use of test equipment and instrumentation to test product designs. Working with a cross functional engineering team to test products from development through qualification and production flight acceptance.
Supporting failure investigations and analyze issues to root cause and support implementation and verification of the corrective actions. Hands on lab work to test, verify, and validate products meet customer requirements. Use your creativity to develop testing concepts and improvements on future-shaping products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Test Data Packages
  • Design Custom test processes and setups
  • Develop Test Procedures
  • Perform environmental testing in support of ATP and QTP
  • Review/Interpret System Requirements
  • Product Integration
  • Product Testing
  • Product Verification and Validation
  • Assist Test Lead with team management
  • Setup test benches and equipment
  • Customer Support
  • Product Troubleshooting

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
