We are a small property management company based in Colorado Springs that specializes in Airbnb management looking to hire two cleaners for our Teller county team! We have numerous rentals in Divide, Florrisant, Woodland Park and Cascade. Clean stylish spaces while listening to music or catching up on your favorite podcast!

Job Responsibilities:

• All jobs occur between 10:15am and 3:45pm. Our units can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours to clean. We may assign more than one clean a day.
• Jobs are a flat fee, but priced so that cleaners are making around $20-25/hr during training period (30-90 days) and $30-35/hr after the training period.
• Must be extremely reliable and must be willing to complete a cleaning checklist, every single clean.
• Must be able to take last minute bookings and be willing to take cleans even on some holidays
• We're looking for a cleaner to cover up to 4-8 jobs per week currently. If things are going well, we may give you more.
• Must work with the property manager to ensure the unit is in tip top shape, notifying manager of any damages to items in the unit or if anything needs to be fixed.
• Must be willing to complete a cleaning checklist, every single clean.
• Occasionally accommodate late check outs and early check ins.

We have 30 other properties in Colorado Springs. Once a cleaner has settled in, we would be able to provide more cleans in Colorado Springs, if interested.

Requirements:

• Liability insurance (which is very affordable for cleaners)
• Must have no plans to relocate in the foreseeable future
• Previous experience cleaning Airbnbs or Hotels preferred
