We are looking to hire driven sales associates / telemarketers / account executives that want to make a name for themselves selling our never-before-offered new technology included in our internet marketing packages. No other company can offer this technology! For Openers, we offer a base plus unlimited commission and residual to start. The commission is uncapped so you can make as much as you want! For Closers, we offer a draw against commission. The commission structure will DOE.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have telemarketing experience
• Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an “I can” attitude
• Must have basic computer and mobile knowledge (know how to surf the web, search online, know what Google Adwords is)
• Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the company
• Must be punctual
• Must want to make lots of $$$

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Know how to prospect for leads and be relentless
• Be able to overcome objections; be quick on your feet
• Know how to identify the needs of the advertiser so we can offer them benefit
• Primary job is to be on the phone! The more calls, the more leads, the more business, the more $ you make
• Have good follow up with advertisers
• Keep good notes in CRM
• Be able to communicate well over the phone and also, in emails!
