Job Description
This is a full-time, hourly position ($26/hour) with benefits!


Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm


Aerotek is seeking an Electromechanical Calibration/Test Technician for quality testing on state-of-the-art electrical devices used to measure air quality of clean room environments in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical markets based out of Boulder, CO! Technicians will be building and calibrating electronic particle measuring units. Technicians will also utilize standard assembly aids and instructions to build and calibrate these units. Some units require optics and lasers alignment.


  • Identify components by standard RETMA color and numerical coding
  • Use logical troubleshooting techniques to repair instruments
  • Install wiring harnesses following schematics
  • Perform routine material handling activities and provides inventory cycle count information
  • Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and process control.
  • Train others in those operations where designated as qualified
  • Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies
  • Perform laser and optic alignment and calibration of instruments


Work Environment


  • Technicians will be building and calibrating new units
  • In between test sets, employees will be expected to be flexible and will be asked to support assembly or QC as needed
  • Technicians will be supporting several lines which consist of different units and will be on small teams that consist of 1-4 people
  • Any soldering will be through hole axial leaded parts


Additional Information


Level II Technician: 26/hour


  • Oscilloscopes, soldering
  • 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of electronics
  • Associates Degree in Electronic technology or equivalent military experience REQUIRED
