The Headlines:
In the role of Packaging Technician working in Chippewa Falls, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is operated and maintained in a manner required to achieve goals, meeting all safety and quality standards.
This position is 2nd Shift (2pm-12am) from Monday to Thursday.

The Responsibilities:
  • Inspect for quality contaminations. Scrub and clean all machinery, floors, etc.
  • Operate all equipment including setting up and changing over all equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to World Class Supply Chain 2.0 standards across all equipment, including shiftly centerlines and CIL sheets along with the defect handling process. Must be willing to receive training on WCSC advancements.
  • Support Quality Team by performing swabbing and process checks as needed.

The Other Qualifications:
  • Perform frequent physical activity in the form of lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, etc.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You have manufacturing experience (e.g., performing set up, operations, changeover, and maintenance of equipment).
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience in use of problem solving.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a high school diploma and are at least of 21 years of age
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
