Technical Review Supervisor - Remote

We are seeking an equally passionate Technical Review Supervisor to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach. As a Technical Review Supervisor, you are critical in our mission to both help the environment and save our customers money on their energy bills.
Essential Job Functions

• Answer phone and email requests from partners and internal stakeholders
• Work with team on daily, weekly, and monthly goals of completing remote site inspections
• Update Salesforce and/or Pulse with all steps in the process
• Manage the accuracy and timely approval of partner quality assurance submissions
• Monitor project flow and follow up with partner contacts on issues to reduce cycle times
• Conduct remote site inspections confirming PV installation was installed per our standards and meets Building and Electric code
• Research code requirements, procedures or processes for new markets
• Maintain Pulse process and request/manage changes as required to optimize process
• Keep up with code changes and requirements for all partner markets
• Report to leadership on status of projects/goals
• Supervise, train, and develop the Channel Technical Review Service team and offer help with solving issues
• Track outstanding documents needed to clear quality assurance holds

Education/Experience

• 5+ years solar system installation or field service
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, solar technology, and construction procedures required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• 2+ years of customer service supervisory experience
• Electrical license or solar installation certification desired

Base Salary
$30—$32 USD
