Job Description
WellSky is seeking a Technical Consultant I to join our team. Technical Consultants are responsible for the coordination and execution of technical project activities during Professional Services engagements, ensuring project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of customers into a post-implementation Customer Service program.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by adherence to all deliverable dates in project plan.
  • Provide accurate and consistent documentation of time expended and progress achieved against assigned activities in the division’s standardized Professional Services Automation platform and other systems as required.
  • May provide support to customers after hours and on weekends. Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of system software, applications and hardware including third party peripherals that affect the functionality and performance of the Company products.
  • Participate as required in the implementation processes.
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, management and staff in a professional manner.
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years related work experience.
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with WellSky product lines.
  • Basic understanding of HL7 standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Servers, SQL, and application support
  • Basic understanding of Linux
