Responsibilities

• Interface with business units, develop business requirements and record them using tools such as Jira
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC including analysis, design, testing, release, and maintenance
• Perform analysis on large datasets to determine data quality
• Assist the team to record expectations and requirements of a management plan and system
• Record all solutions based on regulatory, compliance policies, and standards of the organization
• Communicate key points and requirements to all stakeholders, internal partners, and external partners
• Requirements gathering and analysis / break down of large requests into user stories and/or component

Job Requirements

• 2+ years in data analysis
• Proficient in SQL and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conversion experience is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• 2+ years with Data modeling and data mapping
• Experience building, writing, and executing test cases
• Ability to think through workflows, create workflows based on discussion, and identify characteristics that make each workflow different
• Proven ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into both application and operational requirements
