This position will require a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support and other technical teams as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, user account, and technical issues
  • Ensure that all support requests are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and requests
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • CMS/ Federal Experience
  • Proven solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and incident management processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working on federal projects
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, with experience in a Tier 1/2 support role

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
