Working with Brothers Trucks, a subsidiary of Holley Performance Products

Summary Statement (Objective or purpose of this position):

This position is responsible for providing world class customer service and technical support to Holley customers and Brothers The selected candidate will spend most of his/her time answering product questions, resolving technical issues as well as selling products to consumers. Achieve key performance indicator goals and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):

• Provide suggestions for new products
• Answer customer product questions and technical questions
• Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
• Provide world class customer service
• Assist customers through the sale process

• Other duties as assigned to include various ad hoc reporting requests
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of products

Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

• Be an automotive enthusiast with some technical experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working with cars/trucks as well as any sales or customer service skills is preferred
• Work experience in a call center preferred
• Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Some travel required (approx. 4 weekends per year) to attend automotive events/races
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and flexibility are required
• An ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2 - year degree in an automotive field (a plus)
