Team Lead - All Shifts

Job Requirements

• Lead OSHA/IOSHA and IDEM compliance
• Daily scheduling of employees
• Plan and review upcoming jobs.
• Maintain Key Point Indicators (KPI'S).
• Inspect materials during production
• Lead your assigned employees.
• Work with all leadership in the company
• Accountability, instruction and training of employees
• Maintain equipment.
• Complete paperwork as needed
• Order supplies
• Help maintain adequate staffing levels
• Ability to use office software (email, spreadsheets, databases)
• Discipline employees
• Plan workload in advance.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Communicate verbally with co-workers regarding safety, discrepancies, or a variety of other work issues.
• Ability to work in an environment that may be hot or cold, depending on the season, and may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and solvents.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to distinguish slight differences in various finishes.
• Regularly use hands and fingers to operate and inspect machinery and metal parts.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to position self to move metal objects for treatment or packaging.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 100 lbs. to position metal objects to begin and end treatment processes and/or prepare for shipping.

• Aluminum Finishing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 2 years (strongly preferred)
• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
