The District also offers $1,450 per month insurance benefit, and the District pays the employee portion of the PERS contribution. District accepts up to 7 years teaching experience.
Monroe, Oregon is a community of 680 with approximately 2,500 people in the surrounding area. The school is a hub in an area of agriculture including forestry, the wine industry, grass seed, mint, Christmas trees and vegetable seed crops. We also have a number of residents who commute to Corvallis and Eugene. The city of Monroe is nestled against the first foothills of the Coast Range mountains, facing the Willamette Valley. The Oregon Coast is about 1½ hours to the west while Portland is less than 2 hours to the north. Bend and Central Oregon are also less than 2 hours to the east.
