Taproom Manager Jobs

Vanished Valley Brewing Co. is currently seeking an experienced Taproom Manager to join our team!
Our beloved liquid goes through several carefully controlled phases as it makes its way to our consumers. And there is nothing more special than being in that place and time when we part ways with the labor of our love. Vanished Valley Brewing Company was ignited and brought to life through one significant purpose, to share our beer in good company and in good spirit! We thrive on the principles of drinking fresh well-crafted beer while sharing life with those that we love and being well.
Our Taproom Manger should have the following experience and will be expected to deliver on the following:
Efficient handling of day-to-day operations in the Taproom.
Enforcing and maintaining of companywide policies and procedures
Manage Taproom employee scheduling.
Opening and closing the taproom.
Monitoring the quality of draft line beer.
Making sure that taproom patrons’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.
Creating and maintaining a pleasant environment.
Planning and executing onsite special events.
Working with Executive Management to properly market the Taproom.
Working with Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Staff as needed.
Maintaining accurate Taproom inventory (glassware, growlers, merchandise, silverware, etc.)
Food and Beverage Service.
Playing the role of Brand Ambassador
The best candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:
Available to work full-time (40 hours / week), including nights and weekends.
Prior bar / restaurant management experience.
Prior taproom / bartending experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of craft beer.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to anticipate and address problems in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership.
Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse set of people.
Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
Ability to move full kegs with the aid of material handling. equipment.
Stay calm under pressure.
Compensation/Salary will be based on experience.
